As part of the "Telecommunications and Networks" and "Detection & Electronic Warfare" sections of the General Partnership Agreement (hereinafter referred to as AGP-TEC/DEGE), a joint call for applications with the DGA and AID is being launched to fund thesis projects, 18- or 24-month post-doctoral projects, or 18- or 24-month research engineer projects.
Entities responding to the call may choose the proposed framework: thesis, post-doctoral, research engineer.
Eligible applicants for funding are members of the scientific establishments that have signed the partnership agreement (i.e. the trustees of IETR, IRISA, IRMAR, LabSTICC, IODE labs,) , as well as the FOTON laboratory, given its scientific field of expertise in relation to this call for projects.

The DGA (DGA MI) is inviting academic institutions to submit proposals, as part of the AGP-TEC/DEGE 2026 call for proposals, to study scientific approaches, techniques and innovative methods relating to five identified topics:
- Radio wave propagation
- Radio frequency measurement techniques
- Radiating systems/antenna processing
- Waveform protection/protection against GE Telecoms
- Anti-drone measures (DEGE )
- Networks
GE : Electronic Warfare
DEGE : Electromagnetic Detection & Electronic Warfare
