Opening scientific activities to industry
Seminars and thematic semesters welcome researchers from companies across the region. These meetings broaden the skills base, confront research with the constraints of production and bring shared topics to light — this is where most lasting collaborations begin.
Building on our partners' instruments
Each partner contributes its own: the maturation and spin-off schemes of Inria and the CNRS, the Brittany Region's support for the cybersecurity sector, part of its smart specialisation strategy, the defence innovation programmes of the AID, and the expertise and operational needs of the DGA.
The partnership agreement acts as the point of coordination between these schemes, so that projects find the right instrument at the right time.
Working the interface with defence
Beyond the DGA, we encourage closer ties with Comcyber and other bodies of the French Ministry of the Armed Forces, so that operational needs feed into research and results find their way into use more quickly.
Exploring topics at the interfaces
The synergies between cybersecurity, electronic warfare, telecommunications and physical-layer security remain little explored, although their applied potential is considerable. They are a priority of our valorisation policy.
